Troop 439 is not responsible for any web site failures or problems. We are also not responsible for any incorrect information. We are not responsible for changes of event times, locations or anything related to events. We are not responsible if something happens to you as a result of the infomation you post on the ERS. This web site is provided as an extra service to those people in Troop 439 and this is not a resource for other troops or scout units. All of the admins are volunteers, and can't be expected to work miracles with the site, we can try to make it as useful as possible though. Also and abuse of the site, domain-name, server, database or any other thing related to the site will result in an immediate everlasting IP ban.
